...You then recommend a friend who has 250 Cd's Converted.

......We will pay you £25.  Perhaps you know 4 friends wanting this service, all of which each having a CD collection of 250 Cd's - that's £100 you've earnt! - essentially you've now re-couped the cost of converting your collection.  It doesn't have to stop there - keep sending people our way - and we'll keep sending you your 10%.

And ofcourse, your friends can all earn the same way.
